Frank is delighted to be joining the FCSS-FESC as one of the co-Executive Directors this term. His work as co-Executive Director involves managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, overseeing our program execution, and leading the College of Chief Officers. overseeing the executive team, and Frank's past work with the FCSS-FESC included writing for the DMT and later serving as its editor-in-chief, overseeing the publication of editorials, opinion pieces, and personal reflections. Most recently, Frank served as Chief Communications Officer, overseeing the Federation’s public relations. Through his work, he uncovered a deep interest for writing and journalism, through which he hopes to further hone his skills.

Aside from his work with Federation, Frank is an avid tennis fan and player, spending his weekends travelling to play new and old opponents. He often loses. Frank yearns for the day Roger Federer comes out of retirement and cements himself as the greatest who ever did it.
