The ten-person Board of Directors sets the long-term strategic direction for the FCSS-FESC and oversees all legal and financial matters.

We’re incredibly proud to have a Board of Directors that is diverse and composed entirely of FCSS-FESC alumni. In this way, we promote the retention of institutional memory and foster mentoring relationships with the current Executive team. As we continue to grow into our fourth evolution as an organization, we intend to ensure that the composition of our Board of Directors matches the diversity of those we serve.

The Council of Advisors has up to 15 members with subject matter expertise in their field.

The Council of Advisors provides operational guidance and mentorship to the Executive in areas complementary and relevant to the work of the FCSS-FESC. Advisors bring a wealth of professional knowledge and expertise from areas such as law, accounting, program development, service delivery, organizational governance, leadership, and everything in between.
